Right of withdrawal and returns
Return period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
You therefore have 30 days to request a return from us.
Return policy
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must:
- are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached),
- are in their original packaging ,
- and be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Return procedure
Please contact us at info@celluwow.uk to obtain return authorization and a prepaid return label
. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted .
After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be issued within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Damage and delivery errors
Please check your package immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at info@celluwow.uk – we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
The following items are excluded from the right of return :
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene and care products (opened cosmetics, etc.)
- Dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases
- Reduced items or gift vouchers

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one.
Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Right of withdrawal – European Union
If your order was delivered within the European Union , you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason .
The return conditions (item condition, packaging, proof of purchase) are the same as stated above.
Refunds
You will be notified as soon as your return has been reviewed and approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days , free of charge .
