When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days
of order confirmation. Delivery then takes place within 5 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the availability of the shipping provider and the delivery location.

Please note: Delays may occur if your package is checked by customs , undergoes an inspection , or if there are unexpected problems with the shipping provider.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number .

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship worldwide 🌍.
If your country is not covered by our logistics network, we will inform you immediately and adjust your order accordingly.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address until 11:00 PM (Pacific Time, UTC-7) on the day of your order.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address than the billing address?

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping takes place exclusively on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays .

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday .
