Return period
We grant you a 30-day period from the date you receive your order to make a return.
You therefore have 30 days to request a return from us.
Return policy
For an item to be eligible for a return , it must:
- are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached),
- are in their original packaging ,
- and be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Return process

. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 working days .
Damaged items or incorrect deliveries
Please check your package immediately upon receipt .
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item , please contact us immediately at 📧 info@celluwow.uk — we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
The following items are excluded from exchange or return :
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene and care products (opened cosmetics, etc.)
- Dangerous goods , flammable liquids or gases
- Special offer items or gift cards

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original product .
Once your return request has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Right of withdrawal – European Union
If your order was delivered within the European Union , you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The conditions for returns (item condition, packaging, proof of purchase) are identical to those stated above.
Refunds
You will be notified as soon as your return has been checked and accepted or rejected.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days at no additional cost to you.
